Logging into your account will also allow you to view, reply to, and manage all your current and past tickets easily
(Using or even having access to the account is not needed to submit and manage tickets).
To obtain access to your account for the 1st time:
- Go to https://support.hatty.ai
- Click on Get a password
- Type in the email address that you will be using as your main point of contact to manage your tickets and click the Submit button:
- Please allow about 2 minutes for the email to appear in your inbox. Check your email inbox (and your spam folder if you don’t see it there) for the password reset email from Hatty Technical Support. It will look like this:
- Click the blue link “Set a new password:”
- Once you click the link, it will take you to a page titled Change Password. Type in your new password. Passwords must be at least 5 characters, must be fewer than 128 characters, and must be different from your email address.
- Click on “Change password”
- You will then automatically be logged in and redirected to your Hatty Tech Zendesk Support Account home page.
