Farm tour & long lunch
Saturday mornings · 10am. Two-hour walking tour of the gardens, the apiary, and the dairy, followed by a three-course family-style lunch under the live oaks.
Vine at Bluebonnet Hollow
Friday & Saturday evenings · single 6pm seating. A six-course menu from the field, prepared in the open kitchen by Chef Imani Adesina and her team. Wine pairing $85.
Cabin stays
Four cabins on the property, each sleeping two. Includes breakfast at The Garden Cafe, a farm tour, and a $100 dining credit toward Vine.
Field-to-fork class
Sunday afternoons · 1pm. Three hours of harvesting, butchering, and live-fire cooking with one of our chefs. You'll leave with a full belly and our farm cookbook.
