What to expect at your first visit
Plan for about 90 minutes total: 30 minutes of paperwork and vitals, then a full hour with your provider. We use that time to build your story, not just check boxes.
Bring a list of current medications (or just dump them in a bag—we'll sort them), any outside records you have, and your top three questions.
