Why we built this brokerage.

Atlas Residential was founded in Venice in 2012 by Maeve Larkin — a former Sotheby's top producer who believed luxury real estate deserved better than logo billboards and bus benches.

We built Atlas around a simple premise: clients should be able to choose an agent based on their work, not on the brand on their shirt. Every Atlas listing is photographed by a working architectural photographer, written by the agent who took the listing, and marketed with an editorial sensibility unusual for the industry.

Fourteen years later, 71% of our business comes from past-client referrals. We're proud of that number.
