From a 12-seat chef's counter dinner to a full farm buyout for 250, our private events team handles weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate offsites, and product launches across all seven properties.
Pricing is built around a food-and-beverage minimum that scales with seating. Every event is led by a dedicated event captain plus a back-of-house lead, and we coordinate florals, music, and rentals through our preferred-vendor list.
Chef's counter (12–16)
An intimate eight-course tasting menu plated by the executive chef at the open pass. Wine pairing optional.
Private dining room (24–48)
Dedicated room, dedicated team. Choose between family-style or coursed service with custom menu development.
Restaurant buyout (60–124)
Take the room. We close to the public, you keep the kitchen. Live music and full bar service included.
Farm dinners (24–60)
A communal table set among the rows. Five courses, all sourced from within 100 feet, with optional cocktail hour in the cut-flower field.
Farm buyout (up to 250)
The full farm property — barn, gardens, fire pits, cabins for overnight guests, and full beverage program from Hearth Cellars.
Off-premise catering
Live-fire grills, wood-fired pizza ovens, and our full service team — at your venue, home, or office.
